Dy pyetjet kryesore ishin: \u201cA do t\u00eb votoni n\u00eb zgjedhjet bashkiake, pavar\u00ebsisht sesi mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e bashkive?\u201d dhe \u201cP\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb kandidati kryebashkiak do t\u00eb votoni, nqs do t\u00eb votoni?\u201d<\/p>\n
Duke i nd\u00ebrthurur p\u00ebrgjigjet e t\u00eb anketuarve me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e INSTAT-it p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb e rritur t\u00eb secil\u00ebs bashki, ekstrapolova statistikisht me p\u00ebraf\u00ebrsi se rreth 208 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb t\u00eb rritur t\u00eb 7 bashkive jan\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb votojn\u00eb qysh sot p\u00ebr kryebashkiak\u00eb socialist\u00eb (shihni tabel\u00ebn 2), rreth 131 mij\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur ta japin vot\u00ebn p\u00ebr kryebashkiak\u00eb opozitar\u00eb, rreth 35 mij\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb dyzuar, dhe rreth 183 mij\u00eb s\u2019duan t\u00eb votojn\u00eb fare. (Disa nga t\u00eb dyzuarit votuan p\u00ebr PS-n\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 11 majit t\u00eb vjetsh\u00ebm, disa p\u00ebr PD-ASHM-n\u00eb, ose disa p\u00ebr partit\u00eb e tjera.)<\/p>\n
Nga analiza e secil\u00ebs bashki, rezulton se vet\u00ebm n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb e zgjeruar Kavaj\u00eb (q\u00eb do bashkohet me Rrogozhin\u00ebn), ka gjasa t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb elektorale. N\u00eb bashkit\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb zgjeruara, PS-ja ka patur ep\u00ebrsi t\u00eb thell\u00eb, dhe ka gjasa ta vazhdoj\u00eb ep\u00ebrsin\u00eb e thell\u00eb.<\/p>\n
