Aktiviteti i tij ne mbrojtje te te drejtave te njeriut ka sjelle kete reflektim policor per gjoja \u201cmosbindje\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"ai-viewport-2 ai-viewport-3\">\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim zyrtar, policia njofton se, n\u00eb momentin kur efektiv\u00ebt po ushtronin detyr\u00ebn, nj\u00eb automjet taksi \u00ebsht\u00eb ndalur pas mjetit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cEfektiv\u00ebt i jan\u00eb afruar drejtuesit t\u00eb automjetit dhe i kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb vijonte l\u00ebvizjen, por nga mjeti ka dal\u00eb shtetasi me iniciale A. B., 26 vje\u00e7, drejtues i taksis\u00eb, si dhe Altin Goxhaj, 56 vje\u00e7, me profesion avokat\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn zyrtare.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ai-viewport-2 ai-viewport-3\">\n<p>Sipas policis\u00eb, Altin Goxhaj ka kund\u00ebrshtuar urdhrin e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb rendit, s\u00eb bashku me drejtuesin e mjetit, duke mos iu bindur k\u00ebrkesave p\u00ebr lirimin e korsis\u00eb dhe vijimin e qarkullimit.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Reagim i Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"ai-viewport-2 ai-viewport-3\">\n<p>M\u00eb dat\u00eb 16.04.2026, rreth or\u00ebs 20:00, Patrulla e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 2, duke patrulluar n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cKavaj\u00ebs\u201d, ka ndaluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb masa ndaj drejtuesve t\u00eb automjeteve t\u00eb parkuara n\u00eb korsin\u00eb e dedikuar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb ishin duke kryer detyr\u00ebn, nj\u00eb automjet taksi \u00ebsht\u00eb parkuar mbrapa makin\u00ebs s\u00eb Policis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb i jan\u00eb afruar dhe i kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar drejtuesit t\u00eb automjetit t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen, por nga mjeti taksi, q\u00eb drejtohej nga shtetasi A. B., 26 vje\u00e7, doli shtetasi A. G., 56 vje\u00e7 (avokat), i cili ka filluar t\u00eb ofendoj\u00eb dhe, s\u00eb bashku me drejtuesin e automjetit, nuk i jan\u00eb bindur urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb q\u00eb ishin duke kryer detyr\u00ebn,\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar l\u00ebvizjen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar n\u00eb ambientet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 2 shtetasin A. G., i cili edhe gjat\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimit ka vijuar t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb\u00a0 punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb para procedurale, shtetasi A.
