Ky vendim vjen mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb rregulloren e BSH-s\u00eb, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs licenca refuzohet kur v\u00ebrtetohet se t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00ebri nga themeluesit e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekje penale ose \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar nga gjykata me vendim gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vendimi erdhi pasi Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me l\u00ebshoi nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr arresti ndaj Ermal Beqirajt, aksioner t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, n\u00eb dhjetor 2025 p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb grup t\u00eb strukturuar kriminal.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00eb me Ergys Agasin, Beqiraj i cili ndodhet n\u00eb arrati, akuzohet nga SPAK p\u00ebr konkurrenc\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme p\u00ebrmes dhun\u00ebs, heqje e paligjshme e liris\u00eb, shkelje e barazis\u00eb n\u00eb tender\u00eb, pastrim parash e grup i strukturuar kriminal.
