Megjithat\u00eb Apeli i Tiran\u00ebs ka vendosur nj\u00eb lloj tjet\u00ebr sigurim padie, duke pezulluar deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb gjykimit, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201cMabco Constructions\u201d, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vendimet q\u00eb lidhen me tjetersimin e 47% t\u00eb aeroportit, q\u00eb pretendohen nga ortaku tjet\u00ebr, Valon Ademi i kompanis\u00eb \u20182A Group\u2019.<\/p>\n
Ademi kishte fillimisht 2% t\u00eb aksioneve n\u00eb Aeroportin e Vlor\u00ebs. Pas t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb kompanis\u00eb turke, \u201cYda\u201d, ata ia shit\u00ebn Pacollit aksionet e tyre p\u00ebr 4200 euro. Ademi pretendoi se mes tij dhe Pacollit kishte nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb q\u00eb atij t\u2019i kalonin 47% e aksioneve. Kjo nisi nj\u00eb konflikt gjyq\u00ebsor mes dy ortak\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
