N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb publike, Presidenti Begaj thekson r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb historike t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe rolin e saj n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs, duke n\u00ebnvizuar se asgj\u00eb nuk mund ta zhb\u00ebj\u00eb kontributin e saj n\u00eb historin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
