Ligji i prokurimeve publike parashikon q\u00eb procedura tenderuese mund t\u00eb vijohet edhe me nj\u00eb konkurent. Por, kur thuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tenderat e institucionit n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore jan\u00eb pa gar\u00eb reale, at\u00ebher\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt e prokurimeve mund t\u00eb ngren\u00eb flamurin e kuq t\u00eb dyshimeve mbi veprime jo shum\u00eb korrekte.<\/p>\n

Operatori i Shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb Energjis\u00eb Elektrike \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar shpesh nga opozita se \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr institucionet kryesore q\u00eb vihet n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs, me pun\u00ebsime t\u00eb ekzagjeruara gjat\u00eb fushatave elektorale, si edhe me hedhjen e \u201cmiliarda lek\u00eb lum\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar vota n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste.<\/p>\n
OSHEE e drejtuar nga Bledian Dalipi, natyrisht, i ka mohuar k\u00ebto akuza publike.
