N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje jan\u00eb t\u00eb pandehur ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha, dh\u00ebndri i tij Jamarb\u00ebr Malltezi, ortaku i tij Xhim Begeja, biznesmeni Fatmir Bektashi dhe financieria, Andia Pustina t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me akuzat p\u00ebr privatizimin e ish-kompleksit sportiv \u201cPartizani\u201d.<\/p>\n
Berisha do te gjykohet p\u00ebr akuz\u00ebn e Korrupsionit Pasiv t\u00eb zyrtareve t\u00eb lart\u00eb. SPAK pretendon se n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryeministrit, ai favorizoi dh\u00ebndrin e tij, Jamarb\u00ebr Malltezi n\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimin e pron\u00ebs. Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cdetyrim paraqitje\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa dh\u00ebndri i tij, ndodhet n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e \u201carrestit n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi\u201d megjith\u00ebse Malltezi ka apeluar vendimin edhe Gjykata e Lart\u00eb e refuzoi pak dit\u00eb me par\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e tij, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb arrest sht\u00ebpie.<\/p>\n
Malltezi akuzohet nga SPAK se ka p\u00ebrfituar t\u00eb ardhura n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 5.4 milion\u00eb eurove nga nj\u00eb biznes nd\u00ebrtimi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt fal\u00eb vendimeve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb marra nga vjehrri i tij.<\/p>\n
Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb hetimeve paraprake nga SPAK dhe kalimit t\u00eb dosjes p\u00ebr gjykim, kjo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb hera e par\u00eb kur pal\u00ebt p\u00ebrballen n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e gjyqit p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar n\u00eb themel akuzat e ngritura.<\/p>\n
