Partia Demokratike do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtimin e Ilir Rusmalit nga shqyrtimi i t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesave q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb PD n\u00eb Komisionin e Ankimimeve dhe Sanksioneve (KAS) p\u00ebr pavlefshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 11 majit n\u00eb qarqet e vendit.<\/p>\n
Sipas PD-s\u00eb, Rusmali, ka konflikt interesi dhe nuk garanton paanshmwrinw e procesit, ka votuar pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i dh\u00ebn\u00eb PD-s\u00eb procesverbalet e qendrave t\u00eb votimit p\u00ebr Kuk\u00ebsin dhe ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur sjelljet e nj\u00eb njeriu pa etik\u00eb.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e mesdit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme, ku po shqyrtohej ankesa e PD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr shpalljen e pavlefshme t\u00eb votimit n\u00eb qarkun e Dibr\u00ebs, gjithashtu Ilir Rusmali ka ofenduar p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin ligjor t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, Marash Logu. Shkak u b\u00eb nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e hapjes s\u00eb kutive me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin e PD, Logu.<\/p>\n
