Q\u00eb nga 2017-a, Edi Rama dhe regjimi i tij kan\u00eb fuqizuar financiarisht dhe politikisht makinerin\u00eb e vjedhjes s\u00eb vot\u00ebs. A ka pasur ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb vot\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri?\u201d, deklaroi Noka.<\/p>\n<p>Ai theksoi se opozita <strong>nuk do t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet<\/strong>, duke n\u00ebnvizuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb demokracin\u00eb, edhe pse kjo nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet vet\u00ebm nga forcat opozitare.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVota n\u00eb kuti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prekur. I jam mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs komisioner\u00ebve dhe num\u00ebruesve tan\u00eb q\u00eb po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebn me ndershm\u00ebri,\u201d \u2013 shtoi ai.<\/p>\n<p>Noka ngriti gjithashtu akuza serioze p\u00ebr <strong>presion ndaj diaspor\u00ebs<\/strong>, duke pretenduar se qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit u \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb votojn\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb <strong>d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb fotografi t\u00eb vot\u00ebs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKu \u00ebsht\u00eb SPAK n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces?
