(N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim Doda \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur i pafajsh\u00ebm).<\/p>\n<p>\nDoda ka plot\u00ebsuar formularin e dekriminalizimit n\u00eb vitin 2023 n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak t\u00eb Fush\u00eb Arr\u00ebzit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i PS. Gjithashtu, Ervin Doda ka plot\u00ebsuar formularin e dekriminalizimit n\u00eb vitin 2025 si kandidat p\u00ebr deputet n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 11 majit.<\/p>\n<p>\nSipas kall\u00ebzimit penal, Ervin Doda, n\u00eb t\u00eb dy formular\u00ebt, duke iu p\u00ebrgjigur pyetjes nr. 4, ka deklaruar se nuk ka qen\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb i arrestuar p\u00ebr kryerjen e nj\u00eb vepre penale, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb rezulton se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb 5 muaj burg.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, n\u00eb materialin kall\u00ebzu3s thuhet se kandidati p\u00ebr deputet Ervin Doda ka konsumuar elementet e vepr\u00ebs penale t\u00eb falsifikimit t\u00eb vulave, stampave ose formular\u00ebve, parashikuar n\u00eb nenin 190, paragrafi i dyt\u00eb i Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb PS prezantuan kandidat\u00ebt p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb n\u00eb Puk\u00eb. Kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Benet Beci shkroi; \u2018N\u00eb Puk\u00eb n\u00eb prezantimin e kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 11 majit p\u00ebr Puk\u00ebn dhe Fush\u00eb Arr\u00ebzin.
