Duke folur n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb, Schmidt tha t\u00eb enjten se pezullimi i financimit vlen p\u00ebr buxhetet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet \u2013 nga ai shtet\u00ebror, i entiteteve deri te ai komunal \u2013 duke theksuar se \u201cveprimet kund\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Dejtonit kan\u00eb pasoja dhe se ai do ta rishqyrtoj\u00eb vendimin e tij pasi ato t\u00eb ndalen\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cT\u00eb gjitha fondet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto parti, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e pushtetit, do t\u00eb pezullohen dhe do t\u00eb ridrejtohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb llogari t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb Bank\u00ebn Qendrore t\u00eb BeH,\u201d tha Schmidt.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i lart\u00eb i bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Bosnje ka kompetenca, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb konfirmuar edhe nga Gjykata Kushtetuese e Bosnj\u00ebs dhe Gjykata Evropiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut n\u00eb Strasburg, p\u00ebr t\u00eb imponuar ligje dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkarkuar zyrtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ai gjithashtu e ka ndryshuar Kodin Penal t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs dhe ka p\u00ebrcaktuar q\u00eb vendimet e tij jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyrueshme.<\/p>\n
Dodik, s\u00eb bashku me kryetarin e Kuvendit t\u00eb RS-s\u00eb dhe liderin e partis\u00eb Srpska e Bashkuar, Nenad Stevandi\u00e7, si dhe me kryeministrin e RS-s\u00eb, Radovan Vishkovi\u00e7, dyshohen p\u00ebr sulm ndaj rendit kushtetues, n\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim q\u00eb Prokuroria e Bosnj\u00ebs po e zhvillon q\u00eb nga fundi i vitit t\u00eb kaluar.
\nN\u00eb mars u l\u00ebshuan fletarrestime qendrore ndaj tyre, pasi ata nuk iu p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn ftes\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje.<\/p>\n
Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb secila nga gjithsej 16 agjencit\u00eb policore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e pushtetit n\u00eb Bosnje duhet t\u2019i arrestoj\u00eb ata, gj\u00eb q\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n
