Gjithashtu, ai tha se do t\u00eb zhvillohen takime me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore, partive politike, shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n
