Sipas kreut t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Ish-t\u00eb P\u00ebrndjekurve Politik\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, nga m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 600 persona t\u00eb pushkatuar apo t\u00eb torturuar p\u00ebr vdekje n\u00eb burgjet e hetuesit\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs gjat\u00eb regjimit diktatorial, shumic\u00ebs prej tyre ende nuk u dihet vendprehja e fundit.<\/p>\n
\u201cN\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr jan\u00eb 601 jan\u00eb t\u00eb pushkatuar. Mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjetur 100. Jan\u00eb rreth 500 q\u00eb jan\u00eb pa varre.
